I hurt my foot while doing sprints. I’m not going to let this hold me back from reaching my weight loss goals!!
It’s true that running shoes don’t make you a runner. However, if you are already a runner good shoes will make you better. Me, I love my Zig Techs. I did a 2 mile run this morning on the road and I felt great. I normally have pain in my left ankle/foot but my shoes have helped me eliminate that.

With that said, I want to try the 5 Fingers Vibrams for hiking. If anyone has used any of the minimalist shoes for hiking I would love to hear your thoughts on them.
